General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The business relationship between Studio Sommer / NOUVEL ÉTÉ and the customer is governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC. The responsibility for the selection of items lies solely with the customer. If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform the customer in a timely manner.
A purchase contract is concluded when the customer accepts the GTC and clicks the “Buy” button. Payment is made via invoice. Afterward, the customer will receive an automated email confirming receipt of the order (order confirmation).
A contract becomes valid only when we declare acceptance of the contract. This occurs through the final confirmation of the order, the issuance of an invoice, the confirmation of the delivery of the goods via email, or at the latest, through the delivery of the goods. The contract only covers the items expressly listed in our invoice, final order confirmation, or delivery note. The scope of services is conclusively derived from this.
For retailers, the minimum order value is CHF 200.
The prices listed in the webshop are inclusive of 8.1% VAT but exclude shipping costs. The minimum order quantity per item must be adhered to.
Shipping costs for retailers amount to a flat rate of CHF 15. For an invoice amount of CHF 600 (excluding VAT), we offer free shipping.
Any costs for undeliverable or picked-up deliveries and returns due to incomplete or incorrect address information will be charged to the customer.
Orders are processed within a maximum of 4 weeks, depending on stock levels or production times. If an item is not available, we will contact the customer by email and inform them of the expected delivery date. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase if the delivery date is not acceptable.
If not all ordered goods are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries. However, shipping costs are calculated only once.
We generally deliver to the billing address. If the customer wishes a delivery address different from the billing address, this must be specified at the time of order.
Currently, we only deliver to addresses within Switzerland.
Retailers will receive an invoice with the delivery of goods. The payment term is 10 days without deduction, by bank transfer to the following account:

We reserve the right to deliver first orders on a prepayment basis.
All goods remain the property of Studio Sommer / NOUVEL ÉTÉ until full payment has been made.
Retailers do not have a general right of return or exchange for ordered goods. Returns are only accepted in exceptional cases and after prior agreement, with a credit note of up to 80% of the purchase price. These credits can be applied to future orders (up to 10% of the order value).
The delivery should be checked immediately upon receipt for any transport damage. Such damage should be reported to the Swiss Post. Defects in the purchased goods must be reported to Studio Sommer / NOUVEL ÉTÉ no later than 7 days after receipt; otherwise, the products are considered approved.
The distribution of Studio Sommer / NOUVEL ÉTÉ products via external webshops and web marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Ricardo, Siroop, etc.) is not permitted and requires explicit written consent from Studio Sommer / NOUVEL ÉTÉ. Selling on one’s own webshop is permitted.
The customer consents to the storage of their personal data entered during the use of the website. We do not share personal or address data with third parties. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential.
For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship and collection procedures, Basel, Switzerland, is the local competent court.
